IMS Cafe Silver Award
Indiantown Middle School has recieved the "Silver" award level for Healthier US School Challenge! This award signifies that we have gone above and beyond the federal USDA standards of the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs. Our school's cafeteria was designed to be "smarter" and best suited to encourage healthy eating choices, such as encouraging choosing white milk over chocolate milk, having fruit and vegetable options in different locations throughout the cafe lines, and incorporating local Farm to Sschool products on the cafe menus.
