Students: To request OFFICIAL transcripts for college or scholarships, please click here.

• Sign into your student Google account.

• You must submit your application to the college BEFORE sending a transcript request. We will not sent transcripts until AFTER you have submitted your application to the college.

If you need UNOFFICIAL transcripts, you may access them on FOCUS. Follow these steps:

• Click on "View Grades Summary".

• Click on the "Print Transcripts" icon.

• The default in the dropdown menu will be Unofficial High School Transcript, click the print button.

If you are a prior graduate: We can only send records for current students or graduates from last year's graduating class. If you are requesting a transcript dating prior to last year's graduating class, please request them through the District. Click here to visit the Student Records homepage.

If you are a high school requesting transfer grades for a student, please fax an official request on your school letterhead to (772) 219-1823.
