Martin County School District prioritizes safeguarding both student and staff data against unauthorized disclosure or exposure. In pursuit of this goal, we've implemented a Student Data Privacy Agreement (SDPA) with vendors and providers who handle student data within their online services.

SDPAs are established with our active online service providers and are made accessible on the Student Data Privacy Consortium website and below and are categorized by provider and/or software product names.
