A standards-driven, application-based program to develop the necessary skills to foster and expand leadership within Martin County.

After three years as an Assistant Principal, individuals are able to apply for the Aspiring Principal Academy. Throughout the course of the Aspiring Principal Academy, leaders will work within their cohort and individually to complete professional learning and individual-based change projects. Individuals who successfully complete the APA will earn School Principal certification and be entered into the principal pool.
