Omada - Chronic Disease Management
We’re excited to announce that Martin County School District is offering Omada®—a personalized program designed to help you reach your health goals, from managing diabetes and/or high blood pressure to losing weight and improving your overall health.
All at no cost to you. Available to all active MCSD employees that are pre-diabetic, living with diabetes, and/or high blood pressure and are covered under any of the MCSD medical insurance plans. The MCSD Employee Wellness Program will cover the cost of the entire program - an $800+ value.
