Apply to a position you are interested in.
Step 3: Interview via an asynchronous video interview platform, Spark Hire.
If you meet the basic qualifications to be a teacher, you are invited to participate in a Spark Hire video interview. The links are below, and the instructions for logging in and responding to questions via video are clear once you click the link and accept the invitation. In addition, the platform allows you to interview via phone or computer when convenient. You will also be able to learn more about the Martin County School District in the process.
Please choose the interview option below that best suits you and your experience. Once you select the best interview option for your background and experience level, you have five days to complete the virtual interview. Note: You will not be considered if you have not applied to the teacher candidate pool or a teaching position, If you have already been hired by us and are in the process of being hired, please disregard this step.

Step 4: Interview with principals.
If your Spark Hire video meets the qualifications to continue, your application and the video will be shared with principals. Principals will then reach out to you to set up an interview time and provide details on how you will meet if they have an opening.
Step 5: Receive an offer.
You may receive an offer at the end of the interview or once all the interviews are completed. Once a job offer has been made, you will be contacted regarding the next steps of the hiring process.
