Martin County School Board members recently approved the appointment of Ms. Trisha Elliott as the new Principal of Hobe Sound Elementary School and Dr. Dianne Memmer-Novak as the new Manager of Extended Day.
Ms. Trisha Elliott brings 27 years of experience in education, including over a decade in administrative roles. She joins the Eagle family from Hidden Oaks Middle School, where she served as Principal and previously as Assistant Principal.
Her experience in elementary education includes serving as Assistant Principal at Crystal Lake Elementary School and teaching 5th grade at Citrus Grove Elementary School.
Ms. Elliott received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Florida and her graduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. She has also earned a Florida Administrative Certification in K-12 from Florida Atlantic University.
Dr. Dianne Memmer-Novak has over 30 years of experience in education, with the past 13 years dedicated to leadership roles in the Martin County School District. Since 2015, she has been the Principal of Hobe Sound Elementary School, following her tenure as Assistant Principal at Palm City Elementary School and Felix A. Williams Elementary School. Additionally, she serves as a facilitator for the National Institute for School Leaders.
Dr. Memmer-Novak earned her undergraduate degree in Education from Ohio State University, her graduate degree in Education from Walden University, and her doctorate in Global Leadership from Lynn University.
