Superintendent Michael Maine will recommend Mr. Guillermo Orozco for the position of Coordinator of Student Services during the Martin County School Board’s Regular Meeting on March 25, 2025. 

Mr. Orozco currently serves as the Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Hidden Oaks Middle School, a role he has held since July 2020. Prior to that, he spent five years as the Assistant Principal of Student Services at Martin County High School, where he worked closely with students, staff, and families to support academic achievement and student well-being. 

His experience in education extends beyond administration. Orozco has served as a Dean of Discipline, an American Government Honors and Advanced Placement American Government teacher, and a school soccer coach, demonstrating his commitment to both academic excellence and student engagement. 

Orozco earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master's in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. 

If approved by the School Board, Orozco will transition into his new role, where he will continue his efforts to enhance student services and support throughout the Martin County School District.
