Ms. Rose Rynca is honored to serve as the Principal of Citrus Grove Elementary. After 5 years of serving as our Assistant Principal, Ms. Rynca was thrilled to be promoted to Principal in September.

Ms. Rynca is a native New Yorker who moved to Florida in 1990, earning a bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1993. She has nearly 30 years of experience, all in Martin County, beginning as an Exceptional Education teacher at Indiantown Middle School, then becoming an ESE Staffing Specialist, coordinator of a variety of programs, and lastly as the IMS's Assistant Principal. She transferred to Citrus Grove in 2018.

Instruction, accountability, and student success are Mrs. Rynca's priorities. She enjoys working closely with parents, community members, and staff to create a wonderful educational experience for all of our Diamondbacks. "I wholeheartedly believe that ALL students can learn at high levels, and I aim to ensure that our students receive a quality education in an environment that is safe and nurturing every day. I look forward to continuing the great things happening here at CGE."

Mrs. Danelle Roberts has been a part of the Martin County School District for 20 years, serving as a Prevention/Intervention Program Specialist, Math Instructional Coach, Data Liaison, and teacher at J.D. Parker Elementary School before becoming our Assistant Principal.

"I am confident that Ms. Roberts' leadership and dedication to educational excellence will significantly benefit the Citrus Grove learning community," said Superintendent Michael Maine as part of his recommendation.. "Her extensive experience, passion for education, and collaborative spirit make her an excellent choice to help lead CGE to continued success."
