- Passport to Summer Reading -

A printed passport went home with students in VPK through 4th grade on the last week of school.

Color in a circle when you’ve finished an activity on the inside. Finish 18 or more for a prize.

Keep a list of the books you read on the back page. Finish 5 chapter books or 12 picture books for a prize.

Bonus prize for earning 5 or more MCSDReads points during the month of June.

That’s THREE possible prizes!

Bring your completed passport to the Media Center in August (on a school day!) to claim your prizes.
