🍎SHARING IS CARING🍎
Crystal Lake Elementary School first grade students have been studying community helpers. To learn what community helpers look like in real life, Officer Glass, Nurse Benz, BAK Middle School's Assistant Principal Mrs. Connelly and Farmer Joe were just a few of the people who came to share how they support the community.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy days to help teach a great lesson!

🇺🇲TRAVELING THROUGH HISTORY🇺🇲
Students at Crystal Lake Elementary School recently enjoyed a unique experience learning about the U.S. Military and our veterans thanks to the Road to Victory Military Museum and the CLE PTA.
Students were able to see and hear about military artifacts from the Civil War, World War I and World War II. The CLE family was captivated by the stories and displays presented by the museum and a few local high school students!

"We remember those who were called upon to give all a person can give, and we remember those who were prepared to make that sacrifice if it were demanded of them in the line of duty, though it never was. Most of all, we remember the devotion and gallantry with which all of them ennobled their nation as they became champions of a noble cause."
- Ronald Reagan, 40th President of the United States of America
