๐LEAVING A LEGACY๐
Last night, Superintendent Michael Maine and the Martin County School Board celebrated the career of Felix A. Williams Elementary Extended Day Manager, Kandy Gilbert.
Ms. Gilbert has served the Martin County School District for 32 years. She started her journey as an Extended Day manager at Jensen Beach Elementary School, but has been part of the FAWE family since 1994. She provides more than a safe place for after-school hours, she also enriches the lives of her students by teaching them new skills.
Over her 32 years, she has made meaningful connections with her students, many of whom have gone on to work with her as Extended Day counselors!
Thank you for being so dedicated to the students in MCSD over the years. We wish you the best in retirement, Ms. Gilbert!
