2nd graders enjoyed their first PBIS event, popsicles!
Mrs Clark's 2nd graders have been learning about animals and their habitats. Today, students filled out an application to adopt a desk pet. They were given a small habitat for their pet to be kept in and finally were able to take their pet to their desk. They will be able to earn tickets to purchase treats for their pets when they exhibit kindness, quality of work and are following expectations!

Today at Extended Day, the kids were excited to cash in their Bravo Bucks. Throughout the week, they had been earning their Bravo Bucks for demonstrating kindness, responsibility, and good decision-making. As a reward for their hard work, they got to shop for prizes, selecting from a variety of fun items. This activity not only reinforces their positive actions but also motivates them to continue making good choices!

🎉📚 Exciting day for our kindergarteners! Today was their first visit to the media center, and they got to check out their very own books!
Mrs Clark's 2nd graders worked as a team to save Fred! They were tasked to use only paper clips to get the boat back over and a life jacket on him. Lots of laughs and team building were had!
Week one: Done ✅
The first week of school was filled with excitement, especially during extended day! Kids enjoyed themselves immensely, playing with a variety of toys and engaging in lively games with their new friends. Laughter and cheerful filled the air as they explored different activities each day. The highlight of the week was Fun Friday, where everyone got to cool off with delicious snow cones, adding a sweet and refreshing touch to an already joyful week. It was a perfect start to the school year, with plenty of fun and smiles all around.
