🍎CELEBRATING TEACHERS🍎
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
Without our amazing teachers, the Martin County School District couldn't educate ALL of our students for success. Thank you, teachers, for everything you do each and every day to help our students achieve their dreams.
"Every day, you come to school with a passion for teaching and a desire to help our students reach their full potential," said Mr. Michael Maine, Superintendent of Schools. "You inspire them to learn, to grow, and to achieve their dreams. You provide them with the tools they need to succeed, both academically and personally. You create a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive and be their best selves."
We appreciate you!

🎉CELEBRATING PRINCIPALS🎉
Administrator. Leader. Teacher. Friend. Substitute. Difference maker.
These are just a few adjectives to describe a school principal.
We know our school principals wear many hats. We know that no matter which hat they must wear at any given point of the day, they are determined to help every student and teacher succeed.
On this School Principals' Day, we can't thank ours enough. Thank you for everything you all do for our students and our community ❤️

Earth Day Dedication & Celebration
JBE special guests and school family, gathered to celebrate the Earth and to honor two women who dedicated their lives to helping children. They will always be in the hearts of our JBE family.
Jane Mills, a dedicated JBE volunteer, enriched the lives of so many past and present students through her involvement with the Rotary Club, which brought the Rotokids program to JBE and continues to gift all third-grade students with dictionaries. She and the Garden Club were instrumental in sharing their love of nature with the children. Beautiful planters will be in the front of JBE to serve as a reminder of her many gifts to our school.
Donna Boudreau, former employee and dedicated volunteer, is one who many remember during the holiday season as "Mrs. Clause," always bringing a smile to children and adults alike. A memorial bench will serve as a reminder of her many gifts to JBE.
Both are cherished and like the Earth, their gifts are irreplaceable and will carry on for years to come. In the same kind of gesture, each student received a packet of seeds to plant on our Earth.
Thank you to all of our amazing K - 5 students for researching and creating beautiful manatee artwork in science lab and art class for the Manatiki Foundation 2023 - “Protect, Preserve and Restore” art contest!
