๐TRAVELING THE MAINE ROAD๐
Traveling the MAINE Road to the #1 spot by providing tailored, consistent and meaningful support to each of our schools!
๐ Superintendent of Schools Michael Maine visited Spectrum Academy and Warfield Elementary School in the morning. In the afternoon, Mr. Maine caught up with Assistant Superintendent of Academics, Mr. Troy LaBarbara, at the Hobe Sound Early Learning Center.
๐ Assistant Superintendent of Student Support Services Lisa Estevez stopped by Jensen Beach Elementary School and Jensen Beach High School.
๐ Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Julie Sessa visited Hidden Oaks Middle School, Stuart Middle School and ran into Mrs. Estevez at Jensen Beach High School.
These site visits are beneficial for several reasons! District leaders are inspired by the creativity, innovation, and passion they witness in the classrooms. They also see first-hand how to provide the support needed to give our students the very best education.๐๐ซ

โญSHINING STARS OF SAFETYโญ
Our Safety Patrol students aren't just keeping our hallways safe; they are also LEADERS in action!
Check out the fantastic patrol teams at Jensen Beach Elementary School and SeaWind Elementary--their leadership doesn't stop at the car line or bus line.
These students arrive at school early, taking their jobs very seriously. They make sure every child finds their way in the school. They are mentors to their younger peers.
We couldn't be more proud of ALL our Safety Patrols in the District! They are future leaders in the making. โญ๐ซ

๐ ๏ธSOLID BASE, ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES๐ ๏ธ
August 2nd was a very busy and exciting day in the Martin County School District!
Ribbon-cutting ceremonies were held at three brand-new facilities within the District: Jensen Beach Elementary School, Indiantown High School and Palm City Elementary School.
Inside these walls, students can be assured they have a solid foundation and state-of-the-art amenities with room to grow and learn for generations to come.
These brand-new schools would not be possible without the tremendous support of the community and Martin County taxpayers. We are truly grateful! Also, a shoutout goes to Proctor Construction Company (JBE contractor), Paul Jacquin & Sons, Inc. (PCE Contractor), and the District's Maintenance and Facilities staff for their hard work!
Special thanks to Acacia Lodge No 163 F&AM for being part of this day and conducting Cornerstone Laying Ceremonies at JBE and PCE.
