Ms. Radcliff has been the proud principal of Jensen Beach Elementary since the 2022-2023 school year.

 Ms. Radcliff has thirty years of experience as an educator, twenty-two of which have been in the Martin County School District. Ms. Radcliff earned her undergraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware and her graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University.  She brings a wealth of experience in school improvement planning, cultivating stakeholder relationships,  recruitment/hiring, professional development, continuous improvement and curriculum integrations.    

 She shares, “It is my goal to ensure that our school embodies a profound sense of unity, acting as an extended family deeply intertwined with the values of our community. I look forward to continuing JBE's traditions while creating new and exciting initiatives for students and families."
