MartinArts recently hosted its 38th annual Marvin S. Cone High School Juried Arts Show, allowing young artists in our community the opportunity to be publicly recognized for their talent and creativity!
Make sure to visit the the Court House Cultural Center to see artwork from Jensen Beach High School, Martin County High School and South Fork High School students. Their artwork will be displayed through June 22.

TheYouth Week program offers a unique opportunity to explore an interest in law enforcement. Participating students will take part in training exercises with SWAT ,K9, Marine, Aviation, and much more. Qualifications:11th and 12th graders in the Martin County School District. If you’re interested, please speak to Deputy Shevak or call Deputy Siegler at (772)220-7265. Submit your application by May 15, 2024 to one of them. All applications will be reviewed but only 20 will be selected.
The district is looking for some help assembling Vex Robotic kits and Fields for summer school. If you are interested in helping, please contact Mrs. Borges at borgej@martinschools.org. They are offering community service hours for your help.

Congratulations to the Flag Football team on their 26-0 win in the Regional Semifinal game against Lincoln Park Academy Tuesday night. The team plays Somerset Canyons on Tuesday, April 30 at 7 PM for the Regional Championship.
🌟 FOREVER A FALCON 🌟
During last Tuesday's School Board Meeting, the District celebrated the career of Jensen Beach High School Teacher, Michael Sawtelle.
Mr. Sawtelle has worked in the Martin County School District for the past 35 years after beginning his career in August of 1989.
During that time, Mr. Sawtelle taught physical education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Mr. Sawtelle also coached volleyball in the District for 25 years, winning five state titles and being named the Florida High School Athletic Association Coach of the Year six times.
It's safe to say Mr. Sawtelle will be missed in our District. We wish him the very best in retirement. Thank you, Mr. Sawtelle!

We have some exciting news from the S.P.A.M. Robotics team, who just returned from world championships in Houston, Texas. Our talented students finished their season in the top 24 out of 4000 worldwide.

All fees must be paid before you may purchase a PROM ticket. Seniors and Juniors take priority in ticket purchases. The price for Seniors is $55 and Juniors/guests will be $75. Guest forms may be picked up in Student Services. Tickets will go on sale on April 23rd during both lunches. The last day to buy tickets will be May 2nd.

Congratulations to the girls tennis team who earned 2nd place at the District Tournament. They advanced to regionals and play American Heritage Plantation today at 3:00 at American Heritage. The five players who will be competing are:

Come to the JBHS Performing Arts Center on Friday, April 26th @ 7 PM for the JBHS Drama 8th Annual Talent Show! The talent show consists of Music, Dance, and Theatre performing acts and an Art show in the lobby! Come out to support your school's talent AND vote for Fan Favorite!
