NHS News: Our last meeting of this semester is today, Wednesday, after school in the cafeteria; we will be making holiday cards as our activity.
Just a reminder to pick up your car wash tickets from Mrs. Duchene. This is a requirement that all members participate in fundraising! Money is due back by 12/8. The car wash is 12/9!
Please check the spreadsheet in Google Classroom to make sure you have met all your requirements for the semester… If you have not, you need to Mrs. Duchene.
The Girls’ Basketball teams are having a fundraiser at Uncle Giuseppe’s Pizza on Tuesday, December 12th from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Come on out for a delicious meal and support our Falcon Athletes! Be sure to mention Jensen Beach High School when you go.

Flag football conditioning continues tomorrow, Thursday, from 3:30-5:00 at the stadium.
Good luck to the boys’ soccer team who travels to South Fork for their next game. Our JV wrestling team also has an away meet today. Here at home, our boys’ varsity basketball team plays MCHS at 4:00 and our girls’ soccer teams play Seminole Ridge at 5:30. Come on out to cheer them on! Let’s go, Falcons!

SGA along with several other JBHS clubs/organizations will be collecting toys for Elev8hope’s Annual Toy Drive. Students can earn service hours for participating. Any student, faculty/staff, parent or community member can participate, the more the merrier. Below is a list of toy/item suggestions. We will be collecting until December 10th, all new/unwrapped toys can be dropped off to the students club sponsor or directly to Mrs. Lavelle in room 122. SGA hopes to bring joy to many Martin County students in need this holiday season. Thank you!!!

Looking for something fun to do to kick off Thanksgiving Break?
Dive into a sea of science fun at the 2023 Indian River Lagoon Science Festival this Saturday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Park in Fort Pierce!
It's FREE day of discovery that will be a blast for the whole family with dozens of hands-on, minds-on activities exploring the wonders of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM). The Indian River Lagoon Science Festival aims to show the importance of science and highlight how fun it can be!
In addition to more than 70 hands-on educational STEAM exhibits, stage shows, raffles and food trucks, there will be free admission to the Smithsonian Exhibit at the St. Lucie County Aquarium and Regional History Center!

The Jensen Beach High School Drama Department will host open auditions for the upcoming spring musical: The Addam's Family.
The audition process will be broken down into two parts. Vocal auditions are on Wednesday, Nov 29th from 3:05 - 6 PM and the dance/acting audition will take place on Dec 1st from 3:05 - 6 PM. Students must fill out the audition application for all positions within the production.
