🌟GROWTH STARTS HERE🌟 Students at J.D. Parker Elementary School took part in their first-ever Town Hall Meeting, hosted by Assistant Principal Greg Botarri! The focus of this special gathering was to explore what it means to embrace a growth mindset. Students learned the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, discovering the power of believing in their ability to learn and improve. They even shared their takeaways with one another, proving they’re already putting their learning into action! Way to go, Rockets! #ALLINMartin👊 #PublicSchoolPROUD #IgniteTogetherMCSD🔥

📆MAKEUP DAY INFORMATION📆 Martin County School District students will NOT be required to make up the days missed due to the recent hurricanes. Fortunately, after a thorough review of the District’s instructional calendar, students will still meet state requirements and complete the academic year without the need to use make-up days at this time. We are committed to supporting the community with ongoing recovery efforts, including through the Education Foundation of Martin County’s relief fund for employees and families, providing free meals for students, and offering credit for last week’s Extended Day services. Link to relief fund: https://bit.ly/3BIZm5K We are humbled by the resilience and cooperation of our incredible community. Thank you for partnering with us in your child's education. We are #MCSDBetterTogether and #MartinStrong! 💙
