JROTC Cadets of the Month for March 2024: Leadership Development Requirements (LDRs) COM: Cadet Dylan Claesgens Community Service COM: Cadet William Morrison

JROTC conducted advance uniform and demilitarized weapons inspections on 25 March 2024. The cadets were evaluated on uniform inspection and M1 weapon knowledge.

MCHS JROTC received donations from the following organizations: Stuart Air Show - cadet parking detail for Air Show on 12 Nov 2023 Stuart Garden Club - cadet parking detail for Secret Garden Tour on 23 Mar 2024 De La Bahia Yacht Club - cadet color guard presentation for Yacht Club ceremony on 23 Mar 2024 Thank you for your support.

District Visual Ensemble Community Night is Thursday, March 28 at MCHS in the Gymnasium. Doors open at 6pm.

IRSC Job Fair is April 10 from 10AM to 1PM in the Johnson Auditorium of the Wolf High Tech Center at the IRSC Chastain Campus.

MCHS OPUS competed in the Heritage Festival in Nashville, Tennessee and took first place!! OPUS also had amazing learning experiences touring the Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum and the Ryman Auditorium! OPUS even sang from the balcony of the Ryman!

On Wednesday, March 20th, Martin County High School Band students performed at the Florida Bandmasters Association State Solo & Ensemble Music Performance Assessment at the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. "Lily has always had a servant’s heart, so it is fitting that she has decided to enter the medical field," proud mom Shannon shared. "At age 12, she met a Physician’s Assistant in the Endocrinology field. This individual had a lasting impact on our Lily. She was patient, kind and generous with her time. Lily has decided to follow closely in this individual’s footsteps. Her goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner." "We cannot wait to see her emulate this Physician’s Assistant that made such an impact on Lily," Shannon continued.
