This hands-on activity gave students a chance to dive into the lives of the Empire’s first rulers—exploring their achievements, challenges, and lasting impact on the ancient world.

The Martin County School Board has approved key changes to the Student Progression Plan (SPP)—a document that guides how students are placed, promoted, retained, and graduate. These updates are designed to ensure equitable opportunities for success across our District.
✅ Grading Policy Update:
Minimum grade is now 0% (previously 50%)
Missing work will show as “Z” in the gradebook until completed
📊 Grading Scale:
A = 4 | B = 3 | C = 2 | D = 1 | F = 0
📌 Secondary Grading Breakdown (Grades 6–12):
Tests & Major Assessments – 50%
Quizzes & Other Assessments – 30%
Daily Activities – 20%
These changes take effect immediately for the 2025–2026 school year.
