⚒️🚧BUILT ON THE TREASURE COAST🚧⚒️ Preparing students for the future means connecting them to real careers, right here on the Treasure Coast. On Friday, Martin County School District CTE students from South Fork High School, Martin County High School, and Jensen Beach High School took part in a hands-on experience at Hog Technology, an award-winning manufacturer right here in Stuart. Through interactive panels, student-led questions, and an industry tour, students explored manufacturing careers, connected with local leaders, and saw how CTE pathways lead to high-demand jobs that strengthen our local economy. This impactful experience was made possible by our career education teachers and CTE facilitators, who continue to create meaningful, career-connected learning opportunities for students. “Several high school teachers had a big impact on my life growing up. After 15 years in entrepreneurship, I decided to give teaching a try so I could have a positive impact on students and help them see what’s possible after high school.”

When he’s not in the classroom, Mr. Kern loves aviation, scuba diving, and bow hunting—especially elk and whitetail. He’s passionate about the outdoors and chasing new experiences!
