VPK

The Martin County School District's Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten programs will begin accepting enrollment applications for the 2025-2026 school year on February 3, 2025. Programs are available at select schools with limited enrollment.  

VPK is an early learning program that provides developmentally appropriate instruction and activities to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond by building a solid foundation for school success. To be eligible, students must be four years of age on or before September 1, 2025, and reside within an eligible school attendance zone.  

The three-hour VPK program is provided at no cost to parents. In addition, a full school day (wrap-around) program is available for a monthly cost of $360.00* (*subject to change). 

Parents/caregivers may apply for one of the seats in the District’s 2025-2026 VPK Program during Open Enrollment.  

For Bessey Creek, Citrus Grove, Crystal Lake, Felix A. Williams, Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Palm City, and SeaWind elementary schools, the following link will be open for submissions on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 8:00 am:

**Students zoned to attend Port Salerno elementary school will attend the VPK program offered at the Salerno Learning Center.
