📝ACTIVELY LEARNING AND SHARING📝
During the Florida School Boards Association/Florida Association of District School Superintendents Joint Conference, Superintendent Maine presented at the conference alongside Port Salerno Elementary School Principal (and Principal of the Year) Lauren Gifford.
Principal Gifford and Superintendent Maine shared their experience using UChicago Impact's 5Essentials system and how it can be incorporated into a research-based curriculum to improve student outcomes.
Chief of Staff Jennifer DeShazo and Multimedia Journalist Kirstie Germaine were at the same conference, attending a public relations-related session hosted by Sunshine State School Public Relations Association.
It was a fantastic week of professional development for all!
