BHM event

The Martin County School District is proud to announce its inaugural District-wide Black History Month celebration. This event will honor African-American culture, showcase the creativity of our talented students, and highlight the strength of our community.

The celebration will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Stuart, located at 551 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Stuart.

Attendees will enjoy captivating performances by students from various schools throughout the District. Martin County High School's Hospitality Management & Gastronomy students will prepare a selection of dishes inspired by renowned chefs Bryant Terry and Jocelyn Jackson, whose work merges culinary innovation with cultural storytelling. Additionally, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County's food truck, Fork in the Road, will offer meals available for purchase.

This event provides an opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate history, culture, and the achievements of students. We invite you to join us for this special occasion.
