The session will provide parents/caregivers with information, resources and required activities to support students with disabilities as they transition from elementary through high school. Ms. Dahn, an ESE educator who was the Florida Department of Education's Teacher of the Year in 2007, is passionate about ensuring her students have employment opportunities after graduation.
