Martin County School District students Amelia and Owen Holtz combatted the summer slide by learning about gravity through rollerskating!
Every time you skate, you are putting science into action! When you begin skating, you prove Newton’s first law of motion. Your roller skate wheels will not move unless an outside force moves them.

Students supporting students. Creating a community where everyone can flourish and reach their full potential happens here! 🌟🤝👏
Students from South Fork High School, Jensen Beach High School and Martin County High School recently took part in the Peer Forward Workshop at California State Los Angelos. The transformative experience turned them into Peer Leaders, arming them with skills to motivate their peers in pursuing higher education, with the goal of boosting their chances of success after graduation.
They also forged meaningful connections with students from their local high schools and strengthened their relationship with the Boys and Girls Club of Martin County.
