The Martin County School District will provide free breakfast and lunch to all students October 14-18, 2024, to further support our communities impacted by Hurricane Milton. The District is committed to ensuring every child has access to healthy meals while easing some of the burden on families during this challenging time.
As part of this week, the District is also celebrating National School Lunch Week, which recognizes the National School Lunch Program that serves nearly 30 million children each day.
This year’s theme, “School Lunch Pirates: Find Your Treasure,” highlights the importance of a healthy school lunch to a student’s success. Some menu choices include Davy Jones Dumplings, First Mates’ Mac & Cheese, Fruit Chest Flyer, Golden Nuggets, Pirate Pizza, and High Tide Tacos.
