He was recognized for creating this outstanding design by Superintendent John D. Millay and the Martin County School Board on February 15, 2022. SPORTS NEWS Jensen Beach wrestlers won the 1A Regional Title and will be sending 11 to the State Tournament next weekend!!! The boys have six Regional Champions, which is a program record. They are, Sebastian Degennaro at 106 pounds, Ryan Mooney 120 pounds , Ryan Duguay 132 pounds, Jewell Williams 138, Dylan Fox 152, Nate Sopotnick 170. 2nd Place winners were Gian Ortiz at 113 pounds , Johnny Dobbs at 126 pounds and Matt O’hara at 195 pounds. The third-place winner was Mikel Pierce-Walker at 145 pounds and the fourth-place finisher was 182-pound Malachai Harriel. All these boys are going to the state tournament next weekend. Great job guys! Varsity Lacrosse beat Vero Beach High School 9-6 last Friday evening to go 3-1 for the season. Senior Chase Walker had 4 Goals and 1 Assist. Junior Gio Cascione had 2 goals. Freshman Sean Allen had 1 goal and 2 assists. Freshman Hudson Wilfong had 1 goal and 1 assist. Junior Layton Mannon had 1 goal. Sophomore Connor Ferreira had 2 assists. The boys 4x800 relay finished fourth with a time of 9:08. Fifth place finish for the girls mile Justin Cannata finished 3rd in his heat for the mile in 4:58. Nic Colbert Nic set the school record for the 3200 - 9:47.62!

Attention Juniors: You will be taking your school day SAT on Wednesday, March 2nd. Please report to school at 8:00 a.m. to check in at the gym. We will open the doors to school a few minutes earlier than usual so that you can get breakfast and then head straight to the gym for check in. Test will start promptly at 8:20 with no late admits. Please make sure to bring an approved calculator for the math portion. You can check the student guide for approved calculators. We will be following a regular bell schedule and classes will resume after the completion of the test. Students are not permitted to leave campus after the test without the proper parent approval. The track team competed at the Jupiter preseason meet held Friday, Feb 18 at Jupiter HS, senior Natalie Evans broke the discus school record of 27.82m (91ft 3in) she set in 2020 with a throw of 29.90m (98ft 1in). What a great way to start the season!!! The boys' Varsity Lacrosse team beat Cocoa Beach last Friday here at Jensen by a score of 10-9. Senior Chase Walker's last-minute goal with 4 seconds left in the game sealed the victory for the Falcons. Freshman Sean Allen led the Falcon goal scorers with 3 goals. Chase Walker had a total of 2 goals and 1 assist. Junior Gio Cascione contributed 2 goals and 1 assist while Freshman Hudson Wilfong had 1 goal and 3 assists. Sophomore Julian Cooper ripped a top-shelf Man-Up goal and Junior Oliver Moore had a goal. Sophomore Connor Ferreira had 3 assists in the Win. SPORTS NEWS Congrats to the softball team for winning their first preseason game last night! Great job ladies, it's going to be a great season. The tournament will continue tonight with the girls taking on Treasure coast at 7pm. Tomorrow the track team will head to Jupiter for a preseason meet at 4:00. Also happening tomorrow, will be a Wrestling District 13 Tournament and Senior Night! Come out and support our fabulous Falcon wrestlers from 4:00 to 8:30 PM. And finally, the boys' Lacrosse team will play Cocoa Beach at home at 6:00 tomorrow night as well. Good luck, boys!
