March 14 (3/14) is all about celebrating π (pi) — the never-ending number that helps us measure circles and unlock the wonders of math! Did you know pi has been calculated to over 62 trillion digits? 🤯 Talk about a number that never quits!
Across our schools today, students will embrace the fun of Pi Day with exciting activities, from memorizing digits of pi to hands-on math challenges.

Be a part of a lasting legacy at Jensen Beach High School by purchasing an engraved brick at the entrance plaza of Falcon Stadium! You can become a permanent part of this exciting project to raise funds for PTSA projects that support JBHS students and staff.
The JBHS PTSA is now offering engraved bricks to pay tribute to students, teachers, staff, alumni and loved ones.
Bricks can be purchased to commemorate graduation, awards, sports, clubs, or any other special event or person that you would like to honor.
Bricks are engraved using state of the art laser technology that ensures legibility for the lifetime of the brick. Personalized bricks can be designed and purchased below. Orders are accepted throughout the year. Engraved bricks will be installed in the spring. *Purchase before March 25 to ensure your brick will be installed by graduation.

On Saturday at the Bill Wilson Invite at Sebastian River High School, the Boys’ 4x100 Relay Team got a New School Record of 42.05! Nathan Warburton, Kallan Fell, Khristian Chrysler, and Kaleb Chrysler took Second place at the meet! Way to go, Falcons!
The Jensen Beach wrestling teams had an impressive state tournament this past weekend. As a team, the Falcons finished just outside the top 5 with a 6th-place finish. That is the 6th consecutive year of finishing in the top 10 of the state.
Individual winners, Girls: Brooke VanEtten finished in 5th place! Boys: Blake Walker finished in 8th place, Brayden Hogg finished in 3rd place, Blake Elder finished in 4th place. Sebastian Degennaro made history by winning his 4th State Title in as many years. He dominated everyone, winning by technical fall in all 4 matches. Sebastian has put himself in the conversation as being one of the greatest wrestlers ever from the state of Florida. Way to go Sebastian and the Jensen Beach Wrestling Team!
Congratulations to the Falcon Athletes nominated for Mulligan’s TC Palm Athlete of the Week award:
Boys Wrestling: Sebastian Degennaro - The senior became the first wrestler from the Treasure Coast area to claim four individual state titles after winning the Class 2A crown at 126-pound weight class during the FHSAA state championships.
Girls Lacrosse: Kai Valko- The junior put in 25 goals during four Falcons games. Valko had nine goals and 15 draw controls in a win over Holy Trinity.

Seniors, if you have an off-block and are interested in earning volunteer hours through tutoring middle school students in Algebra and Geometry, please stop by the Innovation Center and talk to Mrs. Wintercorn about tutoring opportunities at Stuart and Hidden Oaks Middle Schools.
The Innovation Center will be opening early on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:45 AM. To enter campus before the main doors open, you must go through the front office and get your ID badge scanned before proceeding to the Innovation Center. Come check it out!
JBHS Students, here is a cool Field Trip Opportunity: Immersive Storytelling at Animal Kingdom. $180 includes the park ticket, workshop, lunch, and transportation.
The trip is planned for April, but the exact date is TBD. We will leave at approx. 6:30 am and will return to JBHS around 8pm.
Please email Mrs. Carroll for info & to join, carrolj1@martinschools.org who needs RSVPs by March 14. Only 7 spots remain. Any JBHS student in good standing welcome. (2.0 GPA, no suspensions).

Congratulations to the JV flag football team that won their 3rd game in a row last night 12-0. Sophia Myers threw a TD pass to Molly Cudek and she also had a 60-yard interception return for a TD. The Falcons play tomorrow night at home vs South Fork. JV at 6 and Varsity at 7. Go Falcons!
Congratulations to the Girls’ Tennis team who beat Treasure Coast High School yesterday 5-1. The winning courts were Lucy Mayer, Reese Richardson, Kristan Lange, Mia Miele, and Kenzi Brill. Our next match is tomorrow at home against Master’s Academy.

Boys’ Wrestling: Blake Elder: Winning the regional title at the 285-pound weight class, the junior totaled a team-best 28 points to help the Falcons finish third at the Region 2-4A meet. He won every match by fall, including a pin of Somerset’s Abdur Bey in 3 minutes, 56 seconds in the first-place match.
Girls’ Flag Football: Paige Bressman- Leading the Falcons to three wins, the senior quarterback completed 77 percent of her passes for 805 yards, 14 touchdowns and three interceptions
Girls’ Lacrosse: Kai Valko - The junior put in nine goals during the team’s 18-4 win over Edgewood.
Girls’ Tennis: Valerie Gomez - The senior was perfect in four total matches. She earned 8-1 victories at first-singles and first doubles over Vero Beach. Gomez followed that with an 8-5 win at first-singles and teamed with Domenica Monserrate to an 8-1 win at first-doubles against Jupiter.
