While not a federal holiday, Patriot Day is a solemn day of remembrance observed across the country. May we pause at 8:46 a.m. ET to reflect on the moment the first plane struck the World Trade Center — a moment that changed our nation forever.
This day is not only about remembrance, but also about service. It’s a time to come together, support one another, and honor the legacy of those we lost by making a positive impact in our communities.
