📚 Reading: 13 minutes of reading with or to your child
➕ Math: 2 minutes to complete 5–10 basic math problems
These 15 minutes a day make a powerful difference, and we appreciate everyone’s commitment to supporting learning at home!
We are also looking forward to our Book Bonanza on Thursday, January 22nd. With 200 people registered, it’s sure to be a fantastic night of fun and literacy.

Nos complace compartir que la práctica diaria del Desafío de la Directora se enviará a casa a partir del martes, 20 de enero. Esta iniciativa escolar (K–5) está diseñada para fortalecer la fluidez de los estudiantes en lectura y matemáticas.
📚 Lectura: 13 minutos leyendo con su hijo o a su hijo
➕ Matemáticas: 2 minutos para completar de 5 a 10 problemas matemáticos básicos
Estos 15 minutos al día hacen una gran diferencia. ¡Agradecemos el compromiso de todas nuestras familias para apoyar el aprendizaje en casa!
También esperamos con entusiasmo nuestra Book Bonanza el jueves, 22 de enero. Con 200 personas registradas, será una noche fantástica llena de diversión y lectura.

Our first week back from Winter Break was very productive! During our walkthroughs, we observed students collaborating and authentically engaged in their learning.
We hope you can join us at the MLK Parade on January 19th at 10:30 AM, across from Stuart Middle School.
Our next SAC Meeting is January 15th at 5:30 PM, where I will share our most current student performance data and goals.

We’re inviting parents/guardians and community members to share their career stories with our students in engaging 20‑minute sessions that rotate through 4–5 classrooms. No formal presentation required—just your journey, what you do, and why it matters.
