This programs benefits both student groups, as older students are proud to be mentors and the younger students are in awe of their older role models. In keeping with the Florida Department of Education's space theme for Celebrate Literacy Week, students began building their friendships by exploring books about our universe on Friday. 🚀🚀 #ALLINMartin👊

🌞VIRTUAL ACADEMIC SUPPORT DAY OR NIGHT🌙 Paper, our new online tutoring platform for students in grades 6-12, provides live access to professional tutors across more than 200 subject areas! Each online educator is a Paper Education Company, Inc. employee who is trained in the Socratic teaching method and undergoes a criminal background check prior to employment. All student activity on the platform is recorded, tracked, and made readily available to teachers and administrators. 🍎24/7 ACCESS TO ACADEMIC SUPPORT🍎 The Paper tutoring platform is now available to all MCSD students enrolled in grades 6-12! As part of the Martin County School District’s commitment to providing exemplary service to our students and their families, technical support for students’ District-issued devices has been transitioned from the District Office to each school campus. Families in need of hardware or software support for District-issued devices should contact their child’s school for assistance. Educational Technology staff assigned to each campus will perform necessary repairs or issue replacements of devices/chargers. #ALLINMartin👊

🍎DISTRICT SETS DATES FOR STUDENTS TO RECEIVE REQUIRED FIRST AID, CPR INSTRUCTION🍎 A law passed earlier this year requires Florida school districts to provide 9th and 11th graders with basic training in first aid, including CPR instruction.
