New Bus tracking app

The Martin County School District is excited to introduce MyReaXiumApp for the 24-25 school year, allowing families to track their student's bus in real-time.

With MyReaXiumApp, you can:

  • Know when the bus is approaching the bus stop

  • See when your child boards the bus

  • Track when the bus arrives at school

  • Receive notifications about any potential delays

To access the bus tracking app, parents/guardians need to ensure their current email address is on file in the FOCUS Parent Portal. You will receive an email from do-not-reply@reaxium.com, with the subject line “You’ve been invited to the MyReaXiumApp!” The email will contain a unique invitation code, which you can use to create an account on MyReaXiumApp. If you do not see this email in your regular inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Download MyReaXiumApp from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and select "I have an invitation code."

  3. Enter your invitation code and click "Continue" to set up your account.

If your child is a new bus rider this school year, the MyReaXiumApp will begin to display real-time GPS information once your child has swiped their ID card onto the bus for the first time.

If the parent/guardian did not complete the emergency information contact and parental consent forms in FOCUS before the codes were emailed, they can follow steps 1 and 2, then select “I do not have a code. Please send me a new one,” and continue to follow the prompts on the app.

Families, please use this link to fill out the necessary back-to-school forms in the FOCUS Parent Portal: https://martin.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/

To ensure accurate tracking, students must have their school ID with them every day. They will scan their badge when boarding or leaving the bus, and you'll see the update in MyReaXiumApp.

FAQ

  • I haven’t received a code. How do I get one?

    • First, check that your email address is accurate in your FOCUS account. The email address will be the one listed on the Emergency Contact and Parental Consent form, not necessarily email used to log into FOCUS.

    • If the email address on the Emergency Contact and Parental Consent form is not accurate, please reach out to your school to update it.

    • If your email address is accurate, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • I’ve done all the above and still haven’t received a code.

  • I don’t see all of my students in the app. Why?

    • Please check that the email address on file across each student’s accounts in FOCUS is the same. Do this by checking the email listed under the “Addresses and Contacts” tab.

      • Check FOCUS for the following:

        • You’re listed as the parent/guardian with a first and last name

        • Phone number with only 10 digits

        • Email is valid (include an @, include a .com, .org, .net; and does not include invalid characters or spaces

        • Both parents aren't using the same email, or that at least one unique email address is on file. Parents/Guardians cannot share the same email address. They must have their own unique email address.
