🦋I SPY A BUTTERFLY🦋
Can you spot the camouflaged butterflies?
AP Bio students at Jensen Beach High School were tasked to camouflage butterflies into different surroundings around Mrs. Allen's classroom.
Saheli Patel, an AP student and 2023 graduate, shared the idea. It's an activity that has become social media famous but is educational! Students learn about evolution and how animals adapt or blend in to hide from predators.
The butterfly catchers in this scenario: Mr. Connelly and Mrs. Reese! At the end of the day, they competed to see who could capture the most butterflies in 10 minutes. Mr. Connelly won, but some of the creative approaches were never discovered!
